Article 10. Implementation of State monitoring of property in relation to foreign enterprises and enterprises with foreign participation of the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance

1. State monitoring of property in respect of foreign enterprises and enterprises with foreign participation in sectors of the economy of strategic importance is carried out on the same terms and in the same manner as in respect of property owned by individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. When carrying out state monitoring of property, the guarantees provided to foreign investors by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are ensured.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
