1. State organizations engaged in activities in the field of plant protection are established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to carry out the following types of activities:

1) conducting phytosanitary monitoring to identify places inhabited by harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms;

2) drawing up and submitting to the department of the authorized body a phytosanitary forecast of the spread of harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms;

3) conducting registration (production) tests of recommended pesticides for their testing in production conditions;

4) analysis and examination of agricultural products for pesticide residues;

5) exercise of other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/10/2012 No. 34-V (effective from the date of its first official publication).

3. State organizations engaged in activities in the field of plant protection shall keep phytosanitary records and submit reports to the department of the authorized body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
