1. A member of a production cooperative must:

1) comply with the requirements stipulated in the founding documents of the cooperative;

2) implement the decisions of the general meeting and the elected governing bodies of the cooperative, adopted in accordance with their competence;

3) make property contributions to the property of the cooperative in the manner, manner and amount provided for by the founding documents of the cooperative;

4) to carry out personal labor participation in the activities of the cooperative;

5) bear additional (subsidiary) responsibility for the obligations of the cooperative in the amounts and in the manner provided for by this Law;

6) observe industrial and labor discipline, labor protection and safety regulations;

7) not to disclose information that has been declared a trade secret by the cooperative.

2. A member of a cooperative may also bear other duties stipulated by this Law, other legislative acts and constituent documents.
