Employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to carry, store and use weapons, special equipment, as well as physical force. They are required to undergo special training and periodic checks on their suitability for action in conditions involving the use of physical force, special means and weapons.
An employee and a serviceman of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not responsible for moral, material and physical harm caused in connection with the use of physical force, special means, weapons and military equipment in cases stipulated by law, if the protection corresponds to the nature and danger of encroachment on protected persons, protected objects or the employee (serviceman) himself The State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The use of physical force, special means and weapons by employees and (or) military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in excess of their authority entails liability established by law.
