Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the sphere of activity of internal affairs bodies;

2) approves the regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

2-1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/12/2018 No. 180-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 2-2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18.03.2019 No. 237-VI (effective twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/24/2021 No. 75-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 5) - 8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/29/2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015);

10) approves the rules for the import, export, and transit of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors;

11) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

12) approves the rules of the road, the basic provisions for the admission of vehicles to operation, the list of operational and special services, the transport of which is subject to equipment with special light and sound signals and coloring according to special color schemes;

13) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 14) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

15) approves the rules for the use of documents from other government agencies and organizations to encrypt conspiratorial organizations, premises, vehicles, the identity of employees and their departmental affiliation;

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
