The subject of regulation of this Law is public relations arising in connection with the exercise by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the right to freedom of association, as well as the creation, operation, reorganization and liquidation of public associations.

The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
