Article 1-1. The main goals, objectives and principles of this Law are the Law on Limited and Additional Liability Partnerships
1. The main objectives of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on limited and additional liability partnerships are to ensure the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the partnership's participants, to determine the procedure for the establishment, operation, reorganization and liquidation of the partnership.
2. The main objectives of this Law are:
1) establishment of the legal status of limited and additional liability partnerships;
2) determining the conditions for the establishment of limited and additional liability partnerships;
3) regulation of the activities of limited and additional liability companies;
4) ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of participants in limited and additional liability partnerships.
3. Limited and additional liability partnerships operate on the basis of the following basic principles:
1) legality;
2) liability for his obligations in the amount of all property belonging to him;
3) transparency and accessibility of information about the partnership's activities for all its members;
4) the integrity of the participants.
