On March 13, 2024, you issued a resolution on my complaint No. 247514030000457 dated January 29, 2024 on bringing K.S.K. to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 438 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter Code of Administrative Offenses), (hereinafter Code of Administrative Offenses), issued by the district police inspector of the Medeu district Police Department of Almaty, B. Zhoraev.B.

The case was dismissed.

According to art. 861 of the Criminal Code on Administrative Offences - "1. A person against whom a decision has been issued by a judge, body (official) authorized to consider cases of administrative offences, to terminate the case on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs 1) -7) and 11) of the first part of Article 741 of this Code, is considered innocent and cannot be subject to any restrictions on the rights and freedoms guaranteed by The Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan

A judge, body (official) authorized to consider cases of administrative offenses must take all measures provided for by law to recognize the person indicated in part one of this article as innocent and restore personal non-property and property rights violated as a result of illegal actions of a judge, body (official) authorized to consider cases of administrative offenses.."

Based on the above, I ask you:

- to make a ruling recognizing my right to rehabilitation and compensation for the damage caused.
