The petition
on the issue of a writ of execution
In your proceedings, there was a civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/848 on the claim of the Limited Liability Partnership OTR G. LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) against M.B.G. LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant) for the recovery of the amount under the contract. A decision has been made in this civil case, which has entered into legal force.
According to art.241 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a decision in accordance with the procedure established by this Code is enforceable after its entry into force, except in cases of immediate execution. After the court decision comes into force, a writ of execution is issued.
Based on the above and guided by 47, 241 CPC RK,
I ask the Court:
o Issue a writ of execution for the enforcement of a judicial act in civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/848.
