Amendment to the claim

On December 9, 2022, we filed a lawsuit, which was registered under No. 7113-22-3-1/9851.

To date, there is a need to replace the Plaintiff A.E. with a third party in the civil case.

In order to clarify the claim and in accordance with Articles 46 and 51 of the CPC,

I ask the Court:

The plaintiff A.E. should be replaced by a third person.

Involve A.E. as a third party making an independent claim on the subject of the dispute.
