About some issues of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2001 No. 543

 In order to regulate the activities related to the formation and use of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I hereby decree:

     1. (Paragraph deleted - by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2004 No. 1509 (effective January 1, 2005).

     2. To make the following amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 23, 2000 No. 402 "On the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan": in paragraph 2: in subparagraph 1), replace the words "on the Fund's account" with the words "on the account of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; in subparagraph 3), delete the words "financial resources"; subparagraph 4) to state in the following wording: "4) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually submits for approval to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan an annual report on the formation and use of the Fund.".      

3. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan: by March 1, 2001, in accordance with the procedure established by law, submit to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan draft laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the functioning of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican budget for 2001", necessary for the formation and use of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan;      Together with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, take other necessary measures to implement this Decree.

     4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing and is subject to publication. <*> A footnote. Paragraph 4, as amended, is the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2004 No. 1509 (effective January 1, 2005).
