Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 1997 No. 3331

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 44 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, "On Courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I decree:      

1. Dismiss Dosanov Kazyken Amanbaevich from the post of acting chairman of the North Kazakhstan Regional Court.

2. Appoint Mamyrbaev Rakhimbek Nurmukhametovich to the post of chairman of the North Kazakhstan Regional Court, relieving him of the post of chairman of the East Kazakhstan Regional Court.

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
