Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 1998 N 3929

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan Z934200_ "On the Administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the submission of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the proposals of the representative and executive bodies of Almaty and Almaty region, I DECREE: 1. To change the boundaries of the city of Almaty, including lands with an area of 4673 hectares in its boundaries according to the appendix. 2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
