About changing the border of the city of Almaty

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 1997 No. 3469.

Taking into account the proposals of the representative and executive bodies of the city of Almaty and the Almaty region and in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I hereby decree:

     1. To change the border of the city of Almaty, including the lands of the village of Alatau in the Talgar district of the Almaty region within the boundaries of this village.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
