The petition

 

There is a criminal case registered in the ERDR No. 247519031000959 in the proceedings of the Turksib district Administrative Division. In this criminal case, D. E.B. was recognized as a victim..

In accordance with article 71, Part 6, paragraph 9) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the CPC), the victim has the right to get acquainted with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with his participation, and submit comments on them, and file petitions.

According to Part 3, Article 76 of the CPC, the legal representatives and representatives of the victim, the civil plaintiff and the private prosecutor have the same procedural rights as the individuals and legal entities they represent, within the limits provided for by this Code.

According to art. 99, part 4 of the CPC RK, the petition is subject to consideration and resolution immediately after its application. In cases where an immediate decision on the application is not possible, it must be resolved no later than three days from the date of the application.

Based on the above and in accordance with Articles 71, 99 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

 

I beg:

 

1. To admit me, K. I.M., to the criminal case registered in the ERDR No. 247519031000959, as a representative of the victim D. E.B.;

2. To acquaint me with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with the participation of the victim D.E.B., i.e. with the decision to recognize D.E.B. as a victim, the protocol of interrogation of the victim, as well as with the decision on the qualification of the suspect's act;

3. To familiarize me with all the materials of the investigation of an accident related to work in accordance with paragraph 5, art. 190 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
