On May 17, 2019, a private bailiff of the executive district of East Kazakhstan Region ............... issued a resolution on the cancellation of an earlier resolution approving the amounts of payment for the activities of a private bailiff dated 04/19/2019. According to clause 9, Part 1, Article 152 of the CPC RK, the judge returns the statement of claim if the plaintiff declares the return of the statement of claim filed by him.
