Article 53. Conditions of serving a sentence in the form of correctional labor of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A person sentenced to correctional labor must:
1) comply with the procedure and conditions of serving a sentence established by this Code;
2) report to the probation service once a quarter to participate in a preventive conversation;
3) inform the probation service in writing about the change of place of work and (or) residence.
2. Valid reasons for a convicted person's failure to appear at the probation service at the appointed time are untimely receipt of a call, as well as illness and other documented circumstances that make it impossible for him to arrive on time.
