Article 356. Fulfillment of obligations at the expense of the debtor of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

If the debtor fails to fulfill the obligation to manufacture and transfer the thing to the creditor, or to perform certain work or provide a service for him, the creditor has the right to entrust the fulfillment of the obligation to third parties within a reasonable time for a reasonable price, or to fulfill it on his own, since nothing else follows from the legislation, the contract or the nature of the obligation, and to demand from the debtor compensation for the necessary expenses incurred and others losses.
