Article 321. Responsibility of state bodies and their officials for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 321. Responsibility of state bodies and their officials for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties in the process of interaction between business entities and the state, including in the course of state regulation and support of entrepreneurship, as well as in the case of illegal actions (inaction), state bodies and their officials shall bear responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Within one month, state bodies are obliged to inform in writing a business entity whose rights and legitimate interests have been violated about the measures taken against officials of state bodies responsible for violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
