Article 318. Settlement of disputes on jurisdiction of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Disputes on jurisdiction between courts are settled by a higher court, whose decision is final and cannot be appealed.

     2. Statements by the parties about the jurisdiction of the case to this court shall be resolved by this court. A court decision issued on a matter of jurisdiction may be appealed to a higher court, whose decision is final and cannot be appealed or reviewed at the request of the prosecutor.
