Article 19. Competence of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan Law On Prevention of Infractions
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in his/her activities, shall submit recommendations and proposals regarding measures aimed at preventing infractions and restoring the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other state bodies, local state administration and self-government bodies, other organizations, and officials.

This Law determines legal, economic, social, and organizational bases for the activities of state bodies, the bodies of local self-government, organizations, and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Prevention of infractions.

Article 19. Forms of coordination of the Law on the Prevention of Offenses
1. Coordination of the activities of the subjects of crime prevention is carried out by the interdepartmental commission for crime prevention in the following main forms:
1) development of proposals and recommendations for improving the activities of subjects of crime prevention;
2) information exchange;
3) learning and sharing positive experiences;
4) conducting joint operational and preventive measures;
5) holding meetings and meetings;
6) the issue of newsletters (collections) and other information publications.
2. The subjects of the prevention of offenses are obliged to immediately inform the state bodies about the facts of upcoming or committed offenses that have become known to them, attributed to the competence of these bodies.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.
This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
