Article 15-1. Secondment of diplomatic service personnel of the Law On the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The personnel of the diplomatic service may be seconded to state bodies and other organizations in order to solve the tasks of the bodies of the diplomatic service.
The seconded person retains the status of diplomatic service personnel, the position held, as well as the rights, guarantees, benefits, compensations, allowances, payments, pension provision and social protection established by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The procedure for secondment of diplomatic service personnel is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
