Article 13-4. The Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Order of Meirim is awarded to citizens who have shown high social responsibility and have made a significant contribution to charitable activities, including philanthropic or philanthropic ones.

     In exceptional cases, by decision of the Head of State, the award of the Order of "Meirim" may be made without taking into account the established deadlines."
