Article 13-3. The Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Order of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev is awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for special services in state and public activities that contribute to the formation, prosperity and glory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
