The Order of "QOJA AHMET YASAUI" is awarded to domestic and foreign scientists, statesmen and public figures who have special merits in the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as citizens who have contributed to the strengthening of statehood, the development of socio-political, social, educational, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
