Article 12. Competence of prosecution bodies Law On Prevention of Infractions
Prosecution bodies shall:
1) exercise supreme supervision over compliance with legality in the sphere of prevention of infractions;
2) coordinate the activities of law enforcement and other state bodies to ensure legality, public order, and crime control;
3) compile state legal statistics and maintain special accounts;
4) exercise other powers provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law determines legal, economic, social, and organizational bases for the activities of state bodies, the bodies of local self-government, organizations, and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Prevention of infractions.

Article 12. Competence of the authorized body in the field of healthcare The Law on the Prevention of Offenses
Authorized body in the field of healthcare:
1) organizes events to promote a healthy lifestyle;
2) develops methods for early detection and prevention of systematic non-medical use of psychoactive substances;
3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);
4) exercise other powers stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.
This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
