Mobile groups shall:

1) implement measures for the early identification and organization of support provision to persons (families) in difficult life situations;

2) inform law enforcement and other authorized bodies about identified facts of violence and infractions among minors and persons who have sought help from violence;

3) interact with local executive bodies, organizations, and other subjects of prevention of infractions on issues of prevention of infractions;

4) exercise other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 245-VIII LRK of December 30, 2025.

This Law determines legal, economic, social, and organizational bases for the activities of state bodies, the bodies of local self-government, organizations, and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Prevention of infractions.

Article 11. Competence of the authorized body in the field of education The Law on the Prevention of Offenses

Authorized body in the field of education:

1) interacts with government agencies and organizations on issues of legal education of students and pupils of educational organizations;

 2) develops and approves programs and methods aimed at shaping law-abiding behavior of students and pupils of educational organizations, as well as monitors their implementation and monitors research on the level of legal literacy and security of students and pupils of educational organizations;

3) jointly with other government agencies, conducts measures to prevent offenses among students and pupils of educational organizations; - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2025 No. 213-VIII SAM

4) exercise other powers stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
