Provide information/clarification on whether the debtor can receive ................., a residence permit or citizenship in the Russian Federation, without being removed from the registration register at the place of residence/registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan; 4. Provide information/clarification what documents/requests can the Russian Federation request information/information from the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding a person leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence in the Russian Federation in order to issue a residence permit or citizenship of the Russian Federation;
