About changing the boundaries of Astana city
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 8, 2000 No. 432
In accordance with the submission of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan prepared in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan Z934200_ "On the Administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and taking into account the proposals of the representative and executive bodies of Astana and Akmola region, I hereby decree:
1. To change the boundaries of the city of Astana, including part of the lands of the Tselinograd and Shortandinsky districts (according to the appendix) with a total area of 45195 hectares.
2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
