The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2025 No. 186-VIII SAM

To ratify the Agreement on Free Trade in Services, Establishment, Activities and Investments, concluded in Sochi on June 8, 2023, with the following reservation:

"In the event of a claim arising from an alleged violation of Chapter V of this Agreement against the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with subparagraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article 36 "Dispute Resolution between a Party and an investor of the other Party" of this Agreement, instead of an arbitration court, the dispute is subject to consideration by the court of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC Court).".
