Having considered the report of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for

1999, I decree:

1. To approve the report of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on

performance results for 1999, taking into account the conclusion of the audit firm

Ernst & Young Kazakhstan with the consolidated balance sheet currency in the amount of 348

944.9 million tenge and net income in the amount of 3,170.8 million tenge.

2. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall publish a report for
