On the abolition of Zhezkazgan, Kokshetau and Semipalatinsk regional courts, the abolition, assignment to other regions and the renaming of some district (city) courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 23, 1997 N 3524
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 15, paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of a Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995 N 2694 U952694_ "On courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in connection with some changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic
I DECREE:
1. Abolish:
1) Zhezkazgan, Kokshetau and Semipalatinsk regional courts;
2) Akzhaik and Taipak district courts of the West Kazakhstan region;
3) Arykbalyksky, Valikhanov, Keller, Kokshetau, Leningrad, Ruzaevsky, Chistopolsky, Chkalovsky district courts, Shchuchinsky city court of Kokshetau region;
4) Dzhetygarnsky city court of the Kostanay region;
5) Aksu and Ekibastuz district courts of Pavlodar region.
2. Attribute:
1) the district (city) courts of the abolished Semipalatinsk region apply to the East Kazakhstan region;
2) to the Karaganda region, the district (city) courts of the abolished Zhezkazgan region;
3) the district (city) courts of the abolished Kokshetau region belong to the North Kazakhstan region.
3. Rename:
1) The Kzyltu district Court of the Kokshetau region to the Ualikhanov District Court of the North Kazakhstan region;
2) The Krasnoarmeysky District Court of the Kokshetau region, the Tayynshinsky District Court of the North Kazakhstan region;
3) Kuibyshev District Court of Kokshetau region to Tselinny District Court of North Kazakhstan region;
4) Leninsky District Court of Kokshetau region to Adjara District Court of North Kazakhstan region;
5) Chapaevsky District Court of West Kazakhstan region to Akzhaiksky District Court of West Kazakhstan region.
4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
