On the abolition of the Zhanadalinsky and Kiiminsky district courts of the Akmola region

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 1997 No. 3617

 In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of a Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995 N 2694 U952694_ "On courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in connection with changes in the administrative and territorial structure of the Republic

I decree:

1. To abolish the Zhanadalinsky and Kiiminsky district courts of the Akmola region.

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
