Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 1998 No. 3855

In order to optimize the organizational and staff structure of the Republican Guard, I decree:    

1. To abolish the Office of the Commander of the Republican Guard.    

2. (Paragraph became invalid by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 2004 No. 1428).    

3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, within one month, submit to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan a draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, dated December 5, 1995, No. 2671 "On the Republican Guard" in connection with the abolition of the Office of the Commander of the Republican Guard as an organizational and staff unit.    

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
