On the abolition, formation and renaming of some district (city) courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 1997 N 3541

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of a Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995 N 2694 U952694_ "On courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in connection with changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic

I decree:

1. Abolish:

1) in the Almaty region: Gvardeysky, Kapalsky, Kegensky, Kurtinsky, Uygentassky, Chiliksky district courts;

2) Atyrau region: Balykshinsky District Court;

3) in the East Kazakhstan region: Abralinsky, Aksuatsky, Bolshenarymsky, Makanchinsky, Markakolsky, Samarsky, Tavrichesky, Charsky, Chubartau district courts, Zyryanovsky and Serebryansky city courts;

4) in the Karaganda region: Agadyrsky, Zhezdinsky, Kazybekbiysky, Kirovsky, Leninsky, Molodezhny, Telmansky, Tengizsky, Tokyraunsky district courts, Abai city court; 5) in the North Kazakhstan region: Vysotensky and Presnovsky district courts.

2. To form the Zyryanovsky District Court of the East Kazakhstan region.

3. Rename:

1) Michurinsky district Court of Karaganda region to Abaysky district Court;

2) The Ulyanovsk District Court of the Karaganda region to the Bukhar-Zhyrau District Court;

3) The Dzhetygarinsky district court of the Kostanay region to the Zhitikarinsky district court.

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
