On the abolition of some district (city) courts, the renaming of the Kyzylorda and Kostanay regional courts, and some district (city) courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 1997 No. 3580

 In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10, paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of a Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995 No. 2694 "On Courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in connection with changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic

I DECREE :      

1. Abolish:      

1) in Aktobe region:      

Aitekebiysky, Aktyubinsky, Mugodzharsky district courts;      

2) in the West Kazakhstan region: Zhalpaktal and Priuralny district courts;      

3) in the Kyzylorda region: Syrdarya District Court;      

4) in Kostanay region: Amantogaysky, Arkalyksky, Oktyabrsky district courts;      

5) in Zhambyl region: Zhanatassky and Karatau city courts.    

2. Rename:      

1) in Aktobe region: Bogetkolsky district court to Aitekebiysky district court; Leninsky district court to Kargalinsky district court; Oktyabrsky district Court to Mugalzharsky district court.    

2) in Zhambyl region: Zhambyl city Court to Taraz City Court.      

3) in Kostanay region: Kamyshninsky district Court to Kamystinsky district Court; Komsomolsk district Court to Karabalyk district Court; Kostanay regional Court to Kostanay regional Court; Kostanay City Court to Kostanay City Court; Kostanay district Court to Kostanay district Court; Leninsky District Court to Uzunkol district Court; Ordzhonikidze district Court to Denisovsky district Court the court; the Semiozerny district Court to the Auliekolsky district Court; the Uritsky District Court to the Sarykolsky District Court.      

4) for the Kyzylorda region: Kzyl-Ordinsky regional court to Kyzylorda regional Court; Kzyl-Ordinsky city Court to Kyzylorda City Court.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
