On the abolition of the Ilyichevsky and Industrial district courts of Pavlodar, the formation of the Pavlodar City Court of the Pavlodar region and the renaming of some district and city courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 In accordance with paragraphs 1, 2 of Article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic

Kazakhstan, which has the force of a constitutional law, dated December 20, 1995.

"On courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in connection with

some changes in the administrative-territorial structure

Of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I decree:

   1. Abolish:

   Ilyichevsky and Industrial district courts of Pavlodar.

   2. Form:

   Pavlodar City Court of Pavlodar region.

   3. Rename:

   Kaskelensky District Court of Almaty region in Karasaysky district Court

the court of the Almaty region;

   Lugovskoy District Court of Zhambyl region to Turara District Court

Ryskulova, Zhambyl region;

   Sovetsky District Court of the North Kazakhstan region in Akkayynsky

District Court of the North Kazakhstan region;

   Aktobe City Court of Aktobe region to Aktobe City Court

Aktobe region.

   4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
