On the abolition of the State Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the relocation of higher and central government bodies to the city of Akmola

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 1997 N 3811

In connection with the fulfillment of the main task of ensuring public administration of the transfer of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan from Almaty to Akmola, I decree: 1. To abolish the State Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for

relocation of higher and central government agencies to the city

Akmola.

    2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to cite previously published

acts in accordance with this Decree.

    3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
