On the abolition of the State Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 1999 No. 275

 In connection with the reform of the social security system

I decree:

    1. Abolish the State Social Insurance Fund

Of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

    1) to bring the Government's decisions in line with this Decree;

    2) take the necessary measures to implement this Decree.

    3. Invalidate:

    Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 1992 No. 688

Of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1992, No. 7, art. 118;

996, No. 5, Article 22).

    4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
