ON THE DISMISSAL OF SOME JUDGES OF THE DISTRICT (CITY) COURTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN dated June 30, 1997 N 3572

In accordance with subitems 1) and 3) of paragraph 1 of Article 47 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of a Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995 N 2694 U952694_ "On courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:

1. To dismiss the following judges from their posts at their own request: in Aktobe region: Aktobe city Court - Aitpayev Mukhtar Eltayevich - Kustanova Rauiya Kubaevna in Almaty: Medeu district court - Sadvakasov Yertargyn Rahimovich in Kyzylorda region: Kzyl-Ordinsky city court - Bederov Abdykalyk Abzhaparovich in Kostanay region: Semiozerny district court - Tyulebayev Tolegen Iskakovich in Mangystau region: Aktau City Court - Seitmaganbetov Beraly Ospanovich in South Kazakhstan region: Aryssk district Court - Kalimbetov Shokhan Ualikhanov

2. To dismiss the following judges due to inconsistency with their positions: in Almaty: Alatau district court - Aynakulov Auez Aynakulovich Almalinsky district court - Zhumasaeva Rosa Saparovna Auezovsky district Court - Baytemirov Nurlan Satybekovich Medeu district Court - Zhubanov Iskabul Islyamovich Kyzylorda region: Terenozek district Court - Kokybasov Gani Umirtaevich South Kazakhstan region Judge of the Abai District Court - Dosala Yeralievich Kuzdeuov

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
