On the determination of the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the field of transportation of military and other formations, their movable property, as well as military products

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 12, 2017 No. 603

  In accordance with article 3 of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the Field of Transportation of Military and Other Formations, Their Movable Property, as well as Military Products, concluded in Dushanbe on September 15, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), I DECREE:

     1. To designate the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as authorized bodies for the implementation of the Agreement.

     2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the decision taken.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
