On the identification of competent authorities from the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Agreement on Cooperation of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in combating crimes in the field of information technology

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 9, 2020 No. 281.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Agreement on Cooperation of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Combating Crimes in the Field of Information Technology, committed in Dushanbe on September 28, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To determine, by Agreement with the competent authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Economic Investigation Service of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring.

     The footnote. Paragraph 1 is amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/20/2021 No. 515.

     2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the decision taken.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
