On the determination of the competent authority from the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Agreement on the Protection of Classified Information within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2015 No. 1026

 In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Agreement on the Protection of Classified Information within the Framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed in Minsk on October 25, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), I HEREBY DECREE: 1. To designate the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the competent authority from the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Agreement.      2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the decision taken.      3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
