On the determination of the competent authority from the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus on mutual protection of classified information

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2016 No. 378

  In accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus on the Mutual Protection of Classified Information, concluded in Minsk on October 30, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), I HEREBY DECREE: 1. To designate the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the competent authority from the Republic of Kazakhstan responsible for the implementation of the Agreement.      2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Belarusian side of the decision taken.      3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
