About the formation of the districts "Sary-Arka" and "Almaty" in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 1998 N 3942

 In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "On the Administrative-territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:      

1. To form the districts of Sary-Arka and Almaty in the city of Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
