On changing the transcription of the name of the city of Dzhetygara and the Dzhetygarinsky district of the Kostanay region and on classifying the city of Zhitikar as a city of regional significance

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 1997 N 3475

 In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 Z934200_ "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I decree:      

1. Change the transcription of the names of the city of Dzhetygara in the Kostanay region to the city of Zhitikara;      

Dzhetygarinsky district of the Kostanay region to the Zhitikarinsky district.      

2. Classify the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay region, as a city of regional significance and include it in the Zhitikarinsky district of the Kostanay region.
