In accordance with subparagraph 21) of Article 46, paragraph 4 of Article 83 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:
The footnote. The preamble is in the wording of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/01/2026 No. 1337.
1. To establish the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 1 to this Decree.
2. To invalidate certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Decree.
3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
