About military uniforms and insignia of military personnel of the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN dated October 15, 1997 N 3673

In accordance with Article 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, dated October 3, 1995 N 2483 "On the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 11 of the Regulations on the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 3, 1996 N 2742 and Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 20 1996 N 3228 "On military symbols of the Border Troops of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Security Services of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican Guard"

I DECREE:    

1. To approve descriptions and samples (drawings) of military uniforms, insignia of military personnel of the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (attached).    

2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take measures to implement this Decree.    

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
