About the structure of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 1999 No. 6.

In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I hereby decree:

     1. Based on the submission of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determine the following structure of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     1) to submit proposals for consideration by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on bringing previously issued acts of the President into line with this Decree;

     2) to bring previously issued acts of the Government in accordance with this Decree.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
