On conscription of military personnel for special training camps

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 2, 2020 No. 296.

 In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2005 "On Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE:

     1. To call upon those liable for military service to special training camps for the staffing of the territorial troops of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Local executive bodies of the capital, cities of republican significance and regions:

     1) in coordination with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organize and ensure the conscription of military personnel for special training through the relevant local military authorities, determining the number of conscripts and the timing of special training;

     2) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
